Hand in Hand Development, Inc., an Early Intervention Program seeks full & part time NYS Licensed Occupational Therapists to provide therapeutic services in home settings. Our In-Home Services are provided in the 5 boroughs of NYC. We utilize a team centered approach fostering collaboration across all disciplines.

We have full time, part time and per diem positions available.

Responsibilities include:

* Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays

* Collaborate with families to create programs and work towards goals listed in the child’s IFSP

* Monitor & assess program effectiveness

* Document & communicate treatment results & individuals progress to relevant parties

* Work effectively with our team of multi-disciplinary service providers

Qualifications:

* Previous experience with children who have disabilities and families

* Ability to build rapport with children & families

* Passion to help & motivate others

* Excellent written & verbal communication skills

* Bilingual a plus.
