Responsibilities:
- Utilize your sales expertise to actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and promote the benefits of our membership programs.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members and sharing best practices to optimize sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and promotional offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively pursuing leads, following up on potential customers, and closing sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

- Contribute to weekend shifts as required, understanding the importance of weekend availability to serve our customers effectively.
Spa Sales Associate Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional appearance.
