Founded in 1968, we have over 50 years of experience and have no intentions of slowing down!
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager. As the KAM for this new role, you will be responsible for leading business development initiatives in the Waste Water Treatment Facility arena. Specifically selling dewatering equipment and services, tank cleaning, and vacuum services in Central Florida.
My responsibilities and objectives:
- Grows pipeline to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and initiates new client opportunities to create growth strategies and identifies solutions to meet client’s needs.
- Effectively consults and builds and maintain relationships with key customer leaders to influence decisions on best equipment/technology choices and provides quarterly reviews.
- Develops and maintains accurate and current records of opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, actions, and reporting in salesforce CRM.
- Prepare Marketing and Business Presentation Materials (bids & proposals).
- Establishes Key Account Plan's and communicates client progress, status, plans and activities.
- Partake in networking activities.
Requirements and skills needed for success:
- HS diploma/GED required. College degree preferred.
- 5 years demonstrated successful sales experience driving growth and generating revenue within the pulp & paper / waste water and environmental remediation industry. Specifically industrial dewatering.
- Hunter mind set a must.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Excellent presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. CRM a must and Salesforce a plus.
- Willingness to travel in Central Florida and other areas as needed.
- Drivers license in good standing a must.
