Grow and develop your skills with Handi by joining our Liaison Team! In this role, you will support, preserve and build our referral sources and homecare customers!
Responsibilities include:
Responds to inquiries and orders from homecare customers and referral sources while providing information on equipment, supplies, and services
Assists customers with the selection of equipment, supplies, and services while determining the best method for providing services
Verifies insurance and/or other method of payment and processes orders by preparing customer paperwork
Completes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placed
Coordinates the delivery, set-up and pick-up of equipment, supplies, and service in a timely manner
Maintains accurate files of all customer account profile information and referral source data while performing data entry
Meets with customers and referral sources to introduce them to Handi Medical Supply
Coordinates with the sales team to build referral base
Represents Handi Medical Supply at community events while maintaining existing relationships while targeting new business opportunities
Communicates new products and service opportunities while identifying and resolving customer concerns
Follows up on new referrals resulting from field activity
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three-years related experience required
Health related professional background is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
General working knowledge of computer systems
Maintains a professional image at all times while demonstrating commitment to our mission and values
