Bethesda, Maryland estate planning law firm a block from the Bethesda Metro, is looking for an administrative assistant for immediate opportunity.
A successful applicant will have:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work with multiple attorneys in a small firm environment;
- Experience in the area of estate planning and/or trusts and estates;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe is required; Familiarity with WordPerfect and CLIO is a plus.
Duties will include:
- Assist with estate administration and trust administration (draft documents including Petitions and Notices)
- General administrative duties such as copying and filing;
