Handyside is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be tasked with prioritizing customer communication to set expectations up front before the technician arrives. You will effectively route technicians by location and skillset to achieve key performance indicators (KPI’s). You will be the motivation behind the technician’s performance! After the service call is finished, you will debrief and review all job details with the technician.

Requirements:

• Previous Service Coordinating or Dispatching Experience a Plus but Not Required
• Must be a Team Player and Self-Motivated
• Excellent Listening, Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Exhibit a Strong Commitment to Dependability & Reliability
• Create HAPPY Customer Experiences with Your Professional & Positive Attitude
• You are Friendly but Can Also Enforce Policies & Procedures
