Co-packing & Fulfillment Supervisor

Haney is seeking a full-time, first-shift Co-packing & Fulfillment Supervisor to coordinate projects for our package samples operations. The individual will work closely with the Co-packing & Fulfillment Director who is responsible for daily planning and production. You will lead a team of dedicated workers for hand assembly, and fulfillment or semi/fully automated packaging equipment for a broad range of package formats and FDA regulated products.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise full-time and part-time Haney personnel
• Manage projects and oversee the training and completion of specific job tasks of line personnel
• Coordinate co-packing and fulfillment production while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain quality documentation and specifications throughout production
• Pack finished products for shipping in accordance with specifications
• Assist in inventory management and reconciliation
• Adhere to all safety and compliance policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain production line to ensure production volumes
• Ability to execute equipment maintenance as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to operate a forklift with appropriate training

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Prior experience in co-packing, filling, hand assembly, picking/packing, kitting and fulfillment is required
• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School diploma
• Experience in line set-up for hand assembly production and fulfillment
• Strong technical skills for setting up and operating co-packing equipment for production
• Excellent organization skills with a strong eye for detail and quality standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Patient with good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
