  • Attending all Eastern Kings County Sports League (E.K.C.S.L.) meetings.
  • Establishing a schedule for the year via the E.K.C.S.L. (league games) and direct contact phone calls (non-league games). Game dates and times should be verified a couple of days before each event.
  • Ensuring that the sports schedule is publicized.
  • Verifying transportation to sporting events with the transportation director.
  • Contact the league director when officiating concerns or scheduling conflicts arise.
  • Encouraging the proper care and inventory of sports uniforms and suggesting when new uniforms should be purchased.
  • Ordering sports equipment for all athletic events, physical education classes, and playground needs. This is normally done in June of each year.
  • Ensuring that sports equipment is maintained and available for each season.
  • Yearly organizing and inventory the sports equipment room.
  • Coordinate a snack bar for all home games.
  • Coordinate establishing intramural activities for grades 5 through 8 during noon hours for volleyball, basketball, slow-pitch softball, and soccer.
  • Secure officials for non-league home games.
  • Promote spiritual growth in students while fostering God-given gifts and talents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.03 - $26.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
