Under close supervision, provide support to internal customers (production team). Typical responsibilities include internal fabrication support, liaison between service and technicians to clarify orders, enter work orders generated from mail, emails, phone calls and drop-offs.
Your Impact
Specific functions may vary dependent upon departmental need, examples of essential functions are:
- Primary role is production support to our internal customers.
- Provide support clarifying work orders with fabrication departments as needed.
- Enter data from source documents to office computer systems.
- Build internal relationships with production team.
- When asked, may need to provide additional support to our frontline team by answering telephones, respond to emails and entering work orders as appropriate.
- Prep items for shipping as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related experience
Additional Success Factors
- Acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Solid data entry skills with accuracy
- Team player that supports the company goals to meet all service level metrics
- Develop skills to manage external customer inquiries (clinicians)
- Basic knowledge of medical/industry terminology a plus
