Accelerated Care Plus (ACP) is a Hanger company and a leading provider of Evidence-Based Clinical Programs, Leading-Edge Rehabilitation Technologies and Advanced Therapist Training serving over 6,000 healthcare entities and chronic rehab providers throughout the U.S., including the nation's leading Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health and Inpatient/Outpatient organizations nationwide.
Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Proactively addresses any receiving problems and provide solutions
- Completes PO in Pre Stage report daily
- Keeps non-stock shelves clean
- Ensures repackaging is completed in a timely manner
- Team with the purchasing department to address any concerns regarding POs, products, and/or vendor errors
- Coordinates resolution of any stocking and inventory issues with Inventory Control Manager
- Process POs and stock
- Informs Customer Service of Drop Ship POs shipped to the ATL warehouse
- Monitors and reports any deviation or escalation to team lead or management
Additional Responsibilities:
- File damage claims with LTL carriers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Knowledge and Skill:
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with various computer skills; such as, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Trend
- Able to multi-task with little or no supervision
- Able to effectively communicate with employees and managers
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Good attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
Job Complexity:
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
