Job Title: Project Coordinator/IT Project Coordinator
Location: Denver , Colorado(Remote)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Description:
- Coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
- Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Work with the My Colorado Production team and Marcom Manager to facilitate day-to-day project and communications tasks.
- Partner closely with the My Colorado Project Manager and Marcom Manager to ensure communication activities align with key project deliverables.
- Assist the My Colorado Marcom Manager with executing the marcom strategy and plan, providing clear, concise and timely communications between OIT, agency partners, counties, merchants, law enforcement, and the general public.
- Provide communications support including editing, proofreading and organizing data. Support the My Colorado Marcom Manager in establishing and maintaining a positive image of My Colorado through targeted, on-brand communication. Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and planning.
