ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Senior Manager for Dealer Compliance at Westlake Financial, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the Dealer Compliance department. Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure efficient and compliant servicing of auto loans.
- Manage a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction within the compliance framework.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for dealer management activities.
- Oversee payment processing, account maintenance, and effective dealer communications.
- Ensure adherence to Company development standards, policies, and procedures.
Project Management:
- Drive projects to completion with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
- Align all initiatives with pre-established goals and objectives.
- Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential issues, especially related to loan fraud.
Innovation and Technology:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to improve the dealer management process.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing servicing operations team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and support on schedules and staffing for your departments.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the servicing operations team.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as risk management, finance, and legal.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to optimize results and reduce expenses.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:
- Oracle or other retail consumer servicing system
- Ability to write and decipher SQL queries (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server)
- Personal computer; Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience (5 years) in auto finance, with a focus on sales and servicing
- Heavy analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to auto finance and lending
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Results-driven and focused on achieving operational excellence
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to ethical business practices and customer satisfaction
PAY RATE:
- $95,000 to $105,000 per year
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
