As a Hannaford Pharmacy Manager, you wear a couple different hats throughout the course of the day, each one playing a significant role in the success of the department. Whether you are filling prescriptions, assisting a customer, or supporting other pharmacy team members, we count on you to deliver an unparalleled customer experience with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and compassion. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You can personalize the customer experience by using your skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
• You will be supervising technicians, who assist with filling and processing prescriptions, and who sometimes administering vaccines, while modeling compassionate patient care.
• Efficiently and accurately process prescriptions and support our patient’s overall health goals with prescription counseling or vaccine administration.
• Oh, and of course, it’s retail – things are constantly changing. Part of what makes us so great is our ability to quickly change to meet our customers’ needs. We may ask you to perform other job functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Current license in good standing in the state(s) in which to practice.
• Current and active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations

• You will be standing and using a computer, keyboard etc. for extended periods of the time
• Frequent bending at the knees and waist
• Use hands frequently, often involving fine motor skills; frequent/continuous reaching, lifting and carrying up to 20lbs at waist or shoulder level
• Visual acuity and audio capacity to process prescriptions and service customers
