DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reconcile labor analysis and supervisory reports, and perform other human resource administrative functions, as directed.
• Maintain the security of all associate-related files, records and documents.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Detail oriented, well organized, and able to achieve deadlines.
• Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to use calculator and computer systems required to perform job functions.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information. Comply with store-related payroll and scheduling policies, practices, legal requirements, and ethical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding hiring, payroll administration and child labor restrictions.
• Communicate effectively with people of diverse race, ethnicity, nationality and abilities.
• Complete daily time and attendance and weekly payroll.
• Remain accessible to all associates.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Salary range is between $15.90 - $21.60 Hrly
