Who you are – VP, Communications & Public Relations
You are a dynamic, detail oriented, intuitive person with the ability to develop relationships, build rapport and become a trusted team member. You are able to provide everyone you assist or support with a high level of service, have strong organization and multi-tasking skills, and are searching for a rewarding career where you are valued and respected.
What you'll do
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with HFCU mission and strategy to effectively engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to generate enhanced brand visibility.
Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to support their communication needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Drive the development of compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the organization in the marketplace.
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Manage social media channel strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and growth.
Drive the development and implementation of marketing analytics frameworks to track and evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, optimizing ROI and effectiveness.
Create compelling content for various communications channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media platforms and website updates.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar. Professional certification a plus.
10 years of experience in communications, PR, social media management, marketing analytics or related roles, with a proven track record of driving results in a leadership capacity,
Deep expertise in developing and executing integrated communication and marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
Strong analytical skills and expertise leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
Excellent leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
