Office/Warehouse Assistant Opportunity:
We are seeking an office and warehouse assistant to join our operations and e-commerce team. This is a part time and flexible role; we are currently only looking to fill 8 hours per week. The office and warehouse assistant will help with receiving and packing shipments, fulfilling online orders, inventory management, and cleaning. We are looking for an individual who is willing and ready to jump into any task needed, can wear multiple hats, and wants to be a part of a positive and hardworking team. Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Pack shipments for our 3P partners according to specified packing guidelines.
- Prepare and fulfill customer orders. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the products meet customers’ expectations.
- Inspect return items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and package them appropriately.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work stations neat; sweep and vacuum.
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Under the direction of Management, you may perform/complete additional projects, duties, and assignments as needed.
Experience and Skills:
- High school degree or GED equivalent required
- At least 1 year of stock room experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Able to work independently
