Licensing/Recruiting Admin Hantz Group is looking for an entry level candidate to join its recruiting team. The position entails handling the new hire licensing process for new recruits and will support the other needs of the recruiting department.

Essential Job Functions: Tasks are as follows:
Complete new recruit licensing paperwork
Order licensing materials for prospects/employees
Follow up on new recruits throughout licensing process and report progress
Track exam pass rates
Complete new rep appointment paperwork
Book exams
Maintain new rep licensing files
Help coordinate new hire orientation
Complete background checks
Assist in career fair/recruiting events/interview process
All other tasks assigned
Education/Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
