ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifies accuracy of customer order against HAU quotation. Reports any discrepancies to Estimating team for follow-up and/or correction.
Receives all customer orders for multiple divisions.
Reviews contracts from customers
Enters all new orders in Syteline (ERP).
Enters all order modifications into Syteline
Maintains electronic and hard copy files as appropriate for new and repeat orders and all order amendments
Interacts with customers to acquire part prints and associated order specified documentation to initiate multi-discipline contract review
Initiates contract review approval for all orders and amendments, and coordinates with operations, engineering, and quality for their input and approvals
Inputs and updates customer schedules in Syteline request date field on weekly basis or as new schedules are received.
Goes into customer portal for download of PO and schedules
Works with accounting dept. to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and quantity issues
Closes completed orders in Syteline
Runs backlog reports to ensure all orders are current
Escalates any backlog items that should be further analyzed for being current and accurate
Holds and runs Contract Review meetings with the functional team including operations, quality, manufacturing engineering, scheduling, and supply chain
Reviews major schedule changes with the customer to verify validity (increase and decrease of qty along with push out and pull in of qtys)
Reviews schedule changes with the functional team (program management, operations, scheduling, supply chain, account managers) to ensure raw material is placed to support schedule
Notifies account managers of new orders for them to manage
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a “US Person” as defined by US Government and able to work without restriction with ITAR related data
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Syteline or robust ERP system experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Word and Excel
Organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Salesforce experience a plus
