Bussers at Sailor play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of the entire service by providing support to the floor and bar teams. Busser are responsible for polishing glassware, juicing, stocking, clearing and resetting tables, and refilling water bottles. They are charged with keeping stations stocked with glassware, plates, and utensils, and helping to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Everyone, including Bussers, helps run food to guests. Our best match is a person who has a keen eye for detail, can read a table, loves the hustle, and is a confident communicator.
