```Duties```:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs or behavioral challenges
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
```Experience```:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with literacy education, early intervention, and behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children in the classroom
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
