The Registered Behavior Technician will play an integral role in teaching social interaction and social communication in a fun, team-centered clinical setting. The preferred candidate will have experience working with children with autism and possess a strong commitment to helping them function as independently as possible. We offer no fee, no retention supervision to individuals pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with parents, clients, and staff.
- Maintain a professional relationship with parents, clients, and staff.
- Demonstrate flexibility in the work environment.
- Demonstrate ethical and compassionate service delivery.
- Demonstrate accurate data collection using electronic data collection through Catalyst
- Implement behavior intervention plans for clients.
- Complete daily session note.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
