Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, ensuring top-tier customer service.- Cultivate and maintain strong client relations through consistent communication and proactive engagement.- Collaborate with various teams to meet and exceed client expectations, resolving issues efficiently.- Analyze client feedback and data, providing insights for business improvement and higher client satisfaction.- Oversee staff onboarding, including recruitment, training, and continuous support.- Regularly assess client and staff satisfaction to identify areas for service improvement.- Lead on-site orientations and training, focusing on quality care standards and client needs.

Candidate Profile:- Exceptional communicative abilities, both orally and in writing.- Experience in staff oversight and customer service, preferably within healthcare.- Skilled in nurturing client relationships and maintaining detailed interaction records.- Background in caregiving will be an added advantage.- Adept at recruiting and interviewing caregiver candidates.- Proficient in managing multiple projects, with an emphasis on client account management.- Familiarity with SaaS solutions is beneficial.- Strong interpersonal skills, engaging with diverse groups and managing staff effectively.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 annually
