What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Associate - Temporary Assignment position at Harba Solutions?
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures the accuracy of bottles and other packaging items.
- Conducts minor line repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
- All packers are capable of performing duties on filling lines, packaging/labeling machines, and carton machines.
- Observes machine operation to identify any malfunctions.
- Stops the machine and reports any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Cleans inspects, and maintains packaging equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Disassemble equipment parts and properly place them in the wash area.
- Cleans packaging/filling rooms following SOPs and GMPs.
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Inspects filled containers to ensure adherence to packaging specifications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Prior work experience in packaging role is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
