The Job

We are seeking to hire you as the Vice President of Operations of the company, to be based in Fort Worth, Texas who will plan manpower and resources, lead the fabrication and project management teams, and execute to achieve the quality, on-time delivery, and budgetary requirements of each project, while supporting the Vision of the company and it’s goals.

Who We Are

Harbor Fab is a veteran-owned steel fabrication company with locations in Fort Worth and Winnsboro, Texas and Benton, Arkansas. We are steel fabricators of miscellaneous steel. We provide American-Made products with unique excellence, integrity, and craftsmanship. We strive to build lasting customer relationships through timely service, customization, and commitment to quality projects. Our vision is to become the largest and most sought after fabricator of strictly miscellaneous steel in the United States. Our intention is to accomplish that while following our overall purpose to glorify God through serving every one of our employees and customers in a manner that helps to connect them with their greater purpose. Harbor Fab, along with five other industrially-focused companies, is a majority-owned subsidiary of Junction Industries of Fort Worth. The leadership of Junction is excited to invest in facilities, equipment, and personnel; and if the right acquisition opportunity were to become available, Junction has a strong interest in adding shop locations and production capacity. Regardless of where they are in their careers, our people are hungry, humble, and savvy. We encourage each individual’s personal and professional growth while providing work environments focused on getting them home safe at the end of the workday.

Who You Are

You have been in the steel fabrication business for a long time, and along the way, you’ve honed your craft and gained wisdom that only experience can teach. You are proficient in operational software and systems relevant to the steel fabrication industry. You understand AWS, NACE/SSPC, and AISC standards.
