Harbor Light Foundation is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe and beneficial programming for all children in inclusive settings. Professional and trained staff provide an environment and care that allows children to have fun-filled and diverse experiences while encouraging the development of their social skills, cognitive development, self-confidence, and independence. It is our goal to continue the important work of discovering and developing each child’s individual strengths and abilities.
Harbor Light programs are accessed by hundreds of children each year including Harbor Light Summer Adventures, Harbor Light Pre-School Academy, and Harbor Light Therapy & Social Center. It has been through the generous support of individuals and organizations that have allowed Harbor Light to continue to provide these much-needed programs and to have a positive impact on the lives of so many children.
Bridge Partnership, Inc. is an insurance-based ABA service provider specializing in the development and implementation of programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory for two businesses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and files
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of training development and human resources processes
- Proficiency in file management systems and QuickBooks software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
