We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience working in an office environment, a strong professional presence and the ability to co-exist in a fast-paced atmosphere. Our team will be relying on the Administrative Assistant to support our firm's executive staff, so we are looking for someone who is highly detail oriented and capable of handling a high volume of administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
- Coordinate meetings.
- Take notes at meetings and prepare meeting summaries.
- Manage office operations and make sure that administrative responsibilities are completed on time.
- Help manage projects.
- Brainstorm ideas to help solve problems.
- Maintain lists of contacts,, vendors, and other useful information.
- Handle basic accounting functions.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
