SUMMARY
This position is responsible for being the first line of contact for Harcros as well as the first line of escalation for service and quality issues. This may include email, mail, telephone, web portal, or in person by internal & external customers.

- This position is designed to be the first line of escalation for service and quality related issues.
- Constant communication with customers regarding the status of any escalated issues, concerns, or complaints as well as follow up documentation.
- Documentation and reporting of persistent problems for higher level evaluation and resolution.
- Processing orders for material or merchandise received from customers.
- This position must be able to handle a large volume of emails, phone calls, and sales order processing.
- Responsible for interacting with customers & suppliers via email, phone call, and web portal.
- Participate in general office duties such as filing, ordering office supplies, sort and deliver mail, and more.
- Enter orders into computer, check inventory levels, generate shipping papers, and check customer credit.
- Being the point of contact for external & internal departments such as customers, suppliers, warehouse, shipping & freight carriers.
- Check orders for accuracy. Gather & attaches required additional documentation.
- Processes vendor invoices, freight bills, product returns, freight claims, and corrected billings.
- Schedule production of product as necessary.
- Coordinate shipments to other branch facilities and customers.
- Cross train in purchasing functions.
Experience and Education Criteria
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- ERP System Experience- Preferred
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

- Sit for long periods of time
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Pay: $45,000- $55,000
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
