We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and proficiency in troubleshooting various systems commonly found in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of industrial equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Perform repairs and adjustments on machinery and equipment to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including motors, switches, sensors, and control systems.
Perform routine calibration and alignment of machinery to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with tools and equipment commonly used in industrial maintenance, such as hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic instruments.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for working in industrial environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls outside of regular business hours.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
