Title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports To: Marketing Director
Summary:
He/she should have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on sometimes short deadlines. In addition, knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools. Organizational skills are crucial for this position because it involves managing projects from start to finish on timeframes that work best for everyone involved.
Responsibilities:
· Serves as liaison between employees, vendors, customers, and the marketing department
· Initialize Marketing surveys and evaluate results from completed and existing advertisement campaigns
· Responsible for developing, optimizing, and editing marketing materials. Ensure the materials for marketing are in line with advertising policies and goals
· Assists Marketing department
· Support all branches with product catalogs, trainings, up to date literature
· Post Manufacturer bulletins and updates on internal intranet
· Complete Manufacturer surveys
· Trade shows (may require travel) implementation, set up to break down
· Co-Op program, allocate coop funds as utilized
· Order premiums i.e.: Marketing swag
· Advertising, online and print ad publications content
· Implement campaigns, initiatives, and promotions
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
· Experience with research methods using data analytics software
· Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords
· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
· Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
