What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Sanding Specialist position at Hardwood Creations?
Hardwood Creations is looking to hire a sanding specialist. We are a fast growing, cabinet manufacturing company who works with the best high-end custom home builders in charlotte. We pride ourselves on being fully custom, and providing the best quality possible to our customers.
The ideal candidate would sanding (whitewood and sealer sanding), staining and preparing doors and other cabinet parts for finishing. In addition, there would be other tasks required if all sanding work is completed (inventory, spraying & helping out in other departments.)
COMPENSATION
- Base Rate: $16 - $20 / hr
- Optional Overtime Available (We are currently at unlimited)
- Health Ins: $1,300 per year re-imbursement
- Bonus: Quarterly
- 401-k: 4% match
