Harkcon, Inc. is preparing to win a contract supporting the Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) within DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and we’re looking for a great addition to our team! If supporting OBP’s mission to protect life and critical infrastructure by building capabilities within the public and across the private and public sectors to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate bombing incidents sounds interesting, invigorating, and exciting to you, please apply for this important position. You’ll lead a team of contractor personnel providing administrative, analytical, budget, and technical support for OBP and Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) Front Office tasks including researching and coordinating responses; and establishing, maintaining, and updating task-tracking tools.

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience
- Excellent overall business and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving financial goals, managing multiple functions, managing relationships with clients, and providing quality service based on client requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Direct day-to-day management of contract support operations, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, or on a single project.
- Single point of contact for gov’t Contracting Officer and COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative)
- Responsible for all contractor work performed.
- Provide technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work.

- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities.
- POC for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight.
- Assists senior management as required in managing contract performance.
