Assist project managers, estimator and VP with administrative support related to owner contracts and subcontracts. Duties include tracking and organizing all project documents, creating contracts in AIA software, owner billing, tracking insurance certificates & licenses, bidding assistance, submittals, O&M manuals, etc. Excel, Word and AIA software experience required. Salary will be determined by level of relevant experience.
