The Scheduling Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling within our clinic.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various departments and staff members.
Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary parties are invited and prepared.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected events.
Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in company databases.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure schedules align with overall company goals.
Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient and effective scheduling processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Capability to manage competing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling software
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Pay: $22.71 - $32.68 per hour
