About the Role

The Manager Controlling for Infotainment Services primary responsibilities include financial planning, reporting and analysis tasks (budgets, forecasts, internal management reporting, external financial reporting, variance analysis, root cause analysis and corrective action proposals). The role will also develop business cases for Infotainment Services product lines.

What You Will Do

  • Finance Controlling Support for Cloud|Edge BU and Automotive Services SBU, including engineering controlling.
  • Prepare and support profitability analysis calculations during quotation, internal project approval and internal program reviews.
  • Perform financial planning, reporting, and analysis tasks including budgets and forecasts for Cloud|Edge BU and Automotive Services SBU.
  • Analysis of BU financials to explain major cost and revenue drivers supporting BU leader and Controller to drive business. Partner with all Product Managers in preparation of the BU monthly reports.
  • Manages, publishes and analyze monthly BU P&Ls as part of month close activities.
  • Perform variance analysis for budget, forecast, and actuals.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
  • A minimum of 4 years related experience to include preparing financial statements, business activity reports and financial position forecast and variance analysis.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM programs like SAP & Salesforce.
  • Experience working with Global teams.
  • Maintain high-level of customer service expected by our internal and external customers.

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience with BPC, SAP and BW.
  • General knowledge of budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes.
  • CPA or Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience with BPC and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills .
  • Ability to plan and organize
  • Ability to be flexible and manage multiple assignments at once.
  • A high aptitude for solving complex and practical problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Occassional travel to clients in a support role.
