What are the responsibilities and job description for the BA/PM position at Harmer?
BA/PM who will work between all the front office functions (IR, marketing, SALES) and the tech teams. Needs to be hands-on and have some SQL. FS experience can suffice if no sales/marketing
- Looking for someone with strong Business Analyst / Technical Analyst / Project Management skills to support multiple business units, IPG & Marketing, in front office technology.
- Most of the work will be getting requirements / pushing them through, working with developer, testing them, validating them and rolling them out.
- Looking for someone who is technically proficient and who likes and is comfortable with technology. Someone who is OK with troubleshooting problems themselves (querying some data and analyzing it)
MUST HAVE
- Financial Services experience OR marketing/Sales systems experience
- Business Analyst / Project Management skills
- SQL (able to query data for troubleshooting)
- Ability to interface with internal stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
- CRM
- Power BI
- Website knowledge / WP Engine / WordPress
- Marketing Automation Tool (we use Eloqua)
