Harmony Pet Resort, the area's most exciting pet care business, is looking for an Enthusiastic Front Desk Manager. Harmony Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art facility and was voted Reader's Choice Award in the Lake Oconee Breeze. We provide high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming, bathing, pet supplies, and professional dog training services.
We're currently seeking a high-energy, customer service-focused, upbeat individual to fill the full-time Front Desk Manager position.

Duties:
- Train, manage, and provide performance feedback for front desk/reception staff.
- Direct the front desk operations including client arrival and departure procedures, and accurate documentation and pet information.
- Resolving dog and client issues in a positive, professional manner.
- Develop and continually review/update department procedures.
- Ensure all staff members are practicing current department procedures.
- Maintain inventory of lobby and all necessary items for other departments as needed.
- Keep lobby area a neat, clean, and vibrant environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Candidates who would be successful in this position may have previous experience as a lead receptionist, front end supervisor, hotel front desk manager, or customer service manager.
