Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HOSPICE RN at HarmonyCares Hospice. The HOSPICE RN will be responsible for providing case management, nursing services, and direct patient care to hospice patients. The role involves administering medicine, coordinating services, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.
Qualifications
- Medicine and Nursing skills
- Hospice experience
- Experience in Home Care and Direct Patient Care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and families
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Current RN license in the state of Virginia
- Certification in hospice and palliative care is a plus
