- Managing project budgets vs actual reports creating labor reports and updated reports from payroll
- Create submittals for each project tracking costs over and under for projects
- Request and renew certificate of insurance
- Interview new vendors setting up and managing the accounts
- Handle all HR and Benefits; manage insurance/benefits accounts maintaining the records and audits for renewals yearly
- Input payroll managing issues
- Handle new hires/terminations/payroll deductions
- Purchase/approve office supply orders
Assist bookkeeper when needed
Manage safety meeting and handle first injury reports and OSHA forms
