Who are you
The Director of Global Sales Enablement will coach, train, and craft programs that accelerate the growth of our new hires and drive the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our sales teams, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to deliver a best-in-class learning experience for our sellers. With a range of responsibilities, you will need to be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment and strategy and will need to be an extraordinary communicator and an expert multitasker.
Our ideal candidate has a hands-on approach while simultaneously executing and thinking strategically as we are growing quickly. You will be responsible for managing and developing Sales Enablement Programs for the sales organization to hit and exceed sales targets and meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Partnering with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the team and roll out programs to increase productivity and overall sales effectiveness
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, to develop effective, relevant sales training to support skill development & on-the-job application
Manage and execute (in-classroom & remote) sales training sessions & workshops that include role-playing exercises, deal reviews, pitch-perfect, demo practice, and more
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to own and build role-specific playbooks
Provide hands-on sales coaching through call shadowing and listening to call recordings, and give feedback directly to managers and reps.
Lead the strategy, development, deployment, and measurement of sales methodology programs to improve and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for the high-performing sales team
Manage the sales enablement team (two to be hired) and collaborate with them to continually enhance the success of new hires
Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting the success of sales enablement programs, content usage and sales results
Supports product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing to prepare and enable the sales force to understand and sell our solutions
Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
Supports frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
Desired Skills
Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
General knowledge of effective hiring and selection practices for sales roles.
Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
