What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Account Executive position at Harris Assurance Group?

We both have a proven track record of turning new agents into successful agency owners over the last decade and we currently have over 300 career agents and agency owners writing business on a weekly basis. What everyone "says" they do, we've made it our top priority to execute daily. Having gone completely virtual, our efficiency and profitability has grown exponentially, which is matched with the reality that the there have been few times in history where people are unanimously more inclined to purchase, increase, or review their insurance needs. In 2019, we did $122mill in revenue. Two months in to 2020, the world changes, and within one week we took our business from being 100% face to face in the home with families to 90% VIRTUAL. While the vast majority of the industry experience massive declines or were acquired last year, we increased our revenues 36% to $166mill.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
