Harris Baking Company is looking for Quality Assurance professionals to add to our growing business. The food safety team is responsible for using SQF standards to ensure the quality of our products. This is a full-time position.

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests. Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

 Candidates for this position should:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety/quality control.
  • Be SQF certified or able to obtain certification.
  •  Bilingual is a plus. (English & Spanish)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule. 
  • Strong attention to detail, good observation skills & good recordkeeping habits.
