Job Description:
To become more customer-focused Aeromet finance is adding a risk analyst position to work with program finance, program management and program scheduling to identify and manage risks & opportunities within our programs.
Essential Functions:
- Accountable to deploy and maintain best practice methodologies, processes and tools and templates for risk management and analysis.
- Support creation of the risk management matrix and risk and opportunity management plans in the program teams.
- Coordinate risk reviews with the respective Program Management Office.
- Support the Program Management Office in securing adherence to risk management reporting requirements in line with contractual, government and corporate guidelines.
- Responsible to provide professional support in establishing the framework for risk identification, analysis, and mitigation in alignment with Program’s Work Breakdown Structure.
- Support the Program’s life cycle gated process in the field of audits on scheduling, risk and opportunity management.
- Support on schedule analyses (critical path, resources etc).
Qualifications:
- Ability to gain clearance if required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Related Risk Management field of study
- 2-3 Years of risk management experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Knowledge on risk management tools and processes
- Knowledge of ARM risk management software
- Knowledge of government contracting and risk reporting requirements
