Position Description
.Under general direction, support all hardware, software and application needs including, but not limited to: Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV/Video Management and body worn camera systems. Handles the management and resolution of incident and service request tickets. Manages small to medium scope projects with vendors and other county resources for installation or expansion of the systems noted above. Exercise decision making with managerial direction for project design, management and execution.

Provide advanced technical support for all hardware and software/application issues by addressing "break-fix" incident tickets and service requests.

Evaluate new installation requests or expansion of existing systems.

Proactively maintain, develop, and configure all application systems. These functions are crucial for keeping all critical systems operational and efficient.

Project Management for small to medium scope requests for all supported systems. Evaluate requests to augment existing access control, intrusion, video, or Arbitrator applications. This involves vendor management, funding procurement, implementation and configuration of hardware/software, and all other aspects of project management.

Preventative tasks and system maintenance.

Application patching, regular system tests and real time monitoring of system health/performance.

Manage access control application and associated access permissions (clearance codes, companies, time zones).

Assist with design and development of emerging technologies with Video Management, Intrusion and Access Control System systems, including but not limited to integrations with advanced analytic and AI applications.

Provide Arbitrator (BWC/INCAR) support as technical liaison to all LE agencies.

Collaborate with team members to develop and share ideas, knowledge to further system enhancement and reliability.

Provide on-call support on a scheduled rotation.
