What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Process Server position at Harris Investigations, LLC?
Serving Civil papers in and around the Leigh Valley and surrounding areas in, PA area (75 mile range). pay starts at 37.50 per page and up to three attempts may be needed. The court law is one attempt before 8 a.m. one 9 to 5 and one after 6 if needed. 1st attempt for standard service is 2-3 days and no more than 2 days between attempts (if needed) and same day/next morning for 3 days for rush work. Saturday may be needed on occasion
You work remote from you home where you print out your work and go serve it, not in an office and i dont pay for you gas, printing etc. You MUST have a working scanner as well!
its a 1099 position so you claim all your gas, tolls, gas, printing , stamps etc. Its all going on your taxes.
