Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and cooking time
- Decorate and package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting preferred

- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations
