Starbucks Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Starbucks Lead. As a Starbucks Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Starbucks location, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following Starbucks recipes and standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure the store is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas
- Train and mentor new team members on Starbucks procedures, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure product availability
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with Starbucks products
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts
