The purpose of your role as a Technology Administrator
As a Technology Administrator, you will provide coordination, support, and technical administrative support for the Harris technology team.
This role can be performed fully remote, or on-site/hybrid, based out of our corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN or one of our regional offices.
This is a temporary position, anticipated to extend 3 months, with potential for permanent hire.

Compensation
Pay Range: $23.18 - $34.77 per hour
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Technology Support
- Assist technology departments in researching technology opportunities and solutions in the market.
- Provide support with managing vendor partnerships and relationships.
- Lead select technology initiatives and change management transitions.
- Draft presentations, communication, and cost models in Microsoft Office 360.
- Provide support for all technology team and enterprise level PMO.
- Provide support to select projects from the PMO.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders during the lifecycle of a PMO project.
- Provide Business Relationship Management (BRM ) framework setup and ongoing support.
- File and update vendor information in SharePoint and Teams.
- Ensure chargebacks/reallocations are accurate and completed in a timely manner with the business units.
- Provide support on mergers and acquisitions
- Seek opportunities to utilize AI tools to streamline daily admin activities.
- Provide general admin support.
- Provide additional testing and pilots to support technology implementations.
- Associate’s degree required in business, technology, or related. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in providing basic technology support in a professional environment.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient communication skills –written, verbal, and presentation.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
