POSITION: Elementary Classroom Teacher- 3rd Grade for the of the 2023-2024 School Year
1.0 FTE, 171 contract days, 9 hours per day; Harrisburg operates on a 4-day school week M-TH with some Fridays.
SALARY RANGE: $23.37 to $42.94 per hour, placement on the salary schedule will be commensurate with education and experience, and will follow District policy GCBA.
BENEFITS: A prorated employer paid insurance CAP to assist with health, dental and vision premiums, employer paid Basic Life and AD&D policies. Leaves: two (2) days of personal leave, ten (10) days sick leave, seven (7) paid holidays, and a generous PERS retirement contribution.
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Oregon Teacher’s License with appropriate endorsements and authorization level required; RTI, PBIS and PLC experience preferred, but not required.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position provides instruction in math and reading education services to a variety of students in a classroom setting, instructs students, maintains student discipline and is responsible for student academic achievement.
