Job Posting for Municipal Team Leader at Harrison Consulting Solutions

Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Senior Municipal Team Leader to their Bettendorf, Iowa team

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project team (workload, set priorities, financial management)
  • Mentor/train team and assist with professional development
  • Project management responsibilities including project planning, scope, budget, contracts, design, QA/QC) for various types/sizes of municipal projects
  • Assist with developing strategic initiatives/business strategies
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Some travel required (approximately 10%)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 5 years of civil engineering and consulting experience
  • 2 years of civil engineering project management experience
  • Experience managing/mentoring a team

Salary is commensurate with experience.
