What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Painter for Property Manager position at Harrison Richards, Inc.?
We are a property management company looking for a skilled full time painter to help with apartment turnovers and routine maintenance. A qualified candidate will have experience in drywall repair, painting, cleaning, and facility maintenance.
We are a family owned company that has been in operation since 1954 and offer a consistent work schedule that does not require weekends. Our lead candidate should be really fit and able to work hard independently as well as on a team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' painting/maintenance experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs (as this is required regularly)
Must be able to work on your feet and with your hands 6 hours a day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
